Box Tops 4 Education - Our PTO is the Box Tops Coordinator for CMB. Each Box Top is worth 10¢ to our school. The PTO runs several incentives throughout the school year for classrooms that collect the most Box Tops. You can submit Box Tops in a baggie or envelope labeled with your child's teacher's name and place them in the Box Top collection container in the front lobby. It is also helpful to indicate the number of Box Tops in the baggie/envelope. Please make sure to cut out the entire Box Top on the dotted line. A list of participating products can be found here. Make sure to check for expiration dates on your Box Tops, as we cannot receive credit for expired Box Tops!
Inkjet and Laser Printer Cartridges - We have a collection bin in the front lobby for empty inkjet and laser printer cartridges. CMB earns money through this program. If you would like to drop off cartridges, please make sure they are in a sealed plastic bag to protect against possible leaks.
Recycle Grocery Bags
We are participating in the Trex Plastic Bag Recycling Progam. Send in those plastic bags so that we can again win some amazing items. In the past, CMB has received planters and park bench—which are proudly displayed in the Outdoor Learning Space. Acceptable items include plastic department store bags, newspaper sleeves, dry cleaning bags, plastic bread bags, produce bags, and paper towel/toilet paper/bottle overwrap. Items (clean, dry and empty) can be dropped off in the Trex boxes located throughout the school.
