The Latin Club at Liberty High School is affiliated with the Virginia Junior Classical League and the National Junior Classical League, state and national organizations for the promotion of the Latin language and Roman culture.  As members, students are eligible to attend state and national conventions, and participate in area and state certamen competitions. Within the school, we celebrate National Latin Day. We are also  eleigible to participate in the National Latin Exam, Medusa Mythology Exam, and Mary Washington University classics honor society essay contest.  In addition, we are always open to student ideas for activities and projects. The Latin Club is open to all current and former Latin students. Any student who is registered for Latin, but has the class second term only, is also welcome. If there are students who are interested in Latin, but not enrolled in Latin, they will be considered on a case by case basis.

Stay tuned to morning and afternoon announcements for events and meetings. These will also be promoted in Latin class, but not at the expense of class time.
