Teachers will learn how to incorporate the CPS (Classroom Performance Systems), also known as voting devices, into their everyday lessons. The CPS can be used for tests, surveys, review, and/or taking attendance. Exam View databases can be imported into the CPS software. Please come prepared with questions and topics to create lessons in CPS - if you have a flash drive, bring it with you.

Google Earth is a free download that has great educational potential! Come learn how to fly to different locations, and navigate the globe using Google Earth. Then discover how to create customized virtual tours by adding multimedia resources, including unitedstreaming video clips and image overlays, to selected locations. Teachers will be given hands-on time to create lessons for their subject and an opportunity to share ideas.

VFTs are just like regular fieldtrips except that students don´t get on a bus, pack a lunch and miss school. Participants will learn how to search the Internet for existing VFTs and learn to create a basic one themselves using Work, PPT or Notebook.
