Welcome to the KRHS Foreign Language Department 

 COURSE SEQUENCING IN FOREIGN LANGUAGE
Students enrolled in a Level I foreign language are strongly
encouraged to enroll in Level II the following term.
The study of modern languages (French, German, and Spanish)
is designed to incorporate the four elements of communication
(listening, speaking, reading, and writing.) Because the focus of
understanding Latin differs from modern languages, the primary
goal for studying Latin is to develop listening, reading, and
translating skills.
