Known as “Mass Notify,” the new messaging and alert system is the second component in the Blackboard Community Engagement solution, which includes five areas: web community (website), Mass Notify (alerts and messaging), social media manager, mobile communications (mobile app) and teacher communications (link to Blackboard Learn). The website component became operational at www.fcps1.org just over a year ago, and the other three components will be implemented by the end of this school year.
