For non-returning students and graduating students, balances below $10 can be refunded to the student in the school cafeteria. If you do not wish the refund to be given to the student, please contact the school nutrition office at (540) 422 - 7223. Balances over $10 for non-returning students can only be refunded by completing the Account Refund Request Form. The form can be faxed or e-mailed to charris@fcps1.org for processing.
Balances on your graduating senior's account can be transferred to your other student's account. Please send these requests to charris@fcps1.org.
