Budget 2024

The Fauquier County Public Schools (FCPS1) Fiscal Year (FY)2024 Budget was designed based on the FY 2022 - 2024 biennial budget goals adopted by the School Board. The School Board originally directed the Superintendent to focus on staff compensation for attracting and retaining highly qualified instructional staff, addressing learning loss and mental health, and enhancing safety and security objectives for the school division. On November 30, 2022, the School Board confirmed that the long-term goals are still generally the same and then revised only the budget calendar February 13, 2023.
