Fauquier County Public Schools is introducing Diligent Community, a new board management platform that will make it easier for our community to access School Board meeting information, agendas, minutes, policies and other public documents.

Diligent Community replaces BoardDocs and provides a more modern, mobile-friendly way to stay informed about the work of the Fauquier County School Board.

Beginning October 13, 2026, community members will be able to access School Board information through the new Diligent Community public site. The first School Board meeting using the new platform will be October 20, 2026.

What you can expect

With Diligent Community, community members will have easier access to:

• School Board meeting agendas and supporting documents
• Meeting minutes and other board records
• School Board policies and related information
• Meeting updates and notifications
• A searchable, mobile-friendly public website

The transition to Diligent Community is part of FCPS1's continued effort to make School Board information easier to find and more accessible to the community.

Visit the new Diligent Community site beginning October 13.
