Fauquier County Public Schools will offer its Foreign Language Exploratory (FLEX) program June 9–12 at Greenville Elementary School from 9 a.m. to noon.

FLEX is open to current kindergarten through fifth grade students. The program introduces students to new languages and cultures through songs, games and hands-on activities. Languages offered for Summer 2025 include Arabic, German and Spanish.

Each class requires a minimum of six students to run. Class offerings and locations depend on teacher and school availability.

The program fee is $79 per class. Registration is available on the FLEX page. After registering, families will receive a link to pay the fee. All classes are funded by program fees. Refunds are only issued if a class is canceled due to low enrollment.

Parents and guardians are responsible for transportation. Students must be picked up promptly at the end of class.
