• Yoga / Mindfulness Club

    The yoga/mindfulness club incorporates fundamental yoga postures for strength and stability and teaches children to be mindful of their breathing.  We practice relaxation methods through stretching to restore natural energy while being mindful of calm breathing.  Students learn strategies to deal with stress in their lives in a healthy, natural way. The club meets Tuesdays from 3:30 - 4:30 PM. Sponsored by Mrs. Lasher
