Science
The Fauquier County Public Schools Science Curriculum is based on the Virginia Standards of Learning for Science. Teachers are encouraged to offer engaging, authentic, and meaningful science experiences for students as they progress through a wide range of topics in physical, chemical, and life science. A variety of high school science electives combined with access to facilities and local organizations focused on scientific research, watershed ecology, and conservation give our students the opportunity to build a robust science resume before graduation.
