REGISTRATION FOR NEW STUDENTS TO FAUQUIER COUNTY SCHOOLS
Please follow this link: Online Enrollment Click on "New Families" and follow all the steps. The process must be completed on a computer, not a phone, tablet, etc.. After you have submitted the completed form, please contact Stacy Wilfong at AMS Registrar (firstname.lastname@example.org) to make an appointment to complete the registration process. You are required to present an original birth certificate, shot records showing proof of a T-Dap booster shot and proof of residency. Approved documents can be found here.
2019-20 WELCOME AND OPEN HOUSE
Hello Wildcat Families,
As you continue to enjoy the beautiful summer, we are busy getting ready for the students to return for a great year and have some important things to share.
Open house (formerly Fee Day) is AUGUST 8 from 10:00am - 6:00pm. Consumables fees will be collected. The fee per middle school student is $20.00. Cash and check are the only methods of payment at this time. Please see Mrs. Lescalleet with any concerns regarding fees.
TEACHERS will be on campus setting up their classrooms, attending meetings and preparing for the year. It is not an appropriate time to have a conference but we welcome and encourage you to “walk your schedule" and say hello.
SCHEDULES will be available for pickup. Questions about schedules should be brought to the counseling office.
YEARBOOKS will be for sale using the website ordering page. This is a credit or debit card only system.
Principal Miller will be making himself available during Open House, to answer your questions. He will be in the forum at 11:00 and 4:00. It will not be a presentation but an interactive question and answer session.
You should have received, or will receive, an email with information to complete your ANNUAL UPDATE or OLR using your Infinite Campus Parent Portal. Only one parent/guardian can complete the update per student or family. Please check your spam filter for this email, if you have not seen it. If you have questions, please contact email@example.com. This annual update must be completed before September 15, 2019. If you need help, please stop by the school counseling office during our Open House or contact us by phone at 540-422-7415 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The SCHOOL SUPPLY LIST is available on our website. Use the link in the email that was sent with this information or navigate to the AMS homepage, hover over the Parents & Students tab and select “AMS Supply List” from the dropdown menu.
