The 2022 FCPS School Quality Survey is designed to help schools gather data on how well the school is meeting the expectations of parents and families, faculty and staff, and students. Schools will use the survey results for planning and improvement.

Your feedback about our schools is important to us. This is your chance to be heard, and we are listening. We anticipate that the survey will take approximately 10-15 minutes. The survey will remain open through Friday, July 29th, and we request that all families, staff, and students complete the survey. 

Parent/Guardian Survey:

Student Survey:

• Survey for High School Students  (during the 2021-2022 school year) 
• Survey for Middle School Students (during the 2021-2022 school year)
• Survey for Elementary School Students (during the 2021-2022 school year) *We would appreciate it if parents/guardians could assist their children in completing the survey as needed.

Staff Survey:

• School-Based Certified Teaching Staff (teachers, librarians, etc.)
• School-Based Classified Staff (assistants, custodians, etc.)
• School-Based Administrators and Office Staff
• FCPS Division Staff (central office, transportation, etc.)
