Initial and Renewal Licensure Guidelines
To Receive Credit: To receive credit, please save your certificate in your file library for your records and submit a copy of the certificate through Frontline for approval. Go to Forms and under Fill-in Forms you will see Licensure Renewal or Initial Licensure Form: for required VDOE courses. Submit via that form and we will receive a notification with your certificate to award you your credit.
